Blood Work concern

I need input. Im a 16 year old male and over 3 months my hematocrit has been elevated it was 49% 47% and now 44%. I also have severe anxiety and this isn’t helping as i think i have PV or some other issue. I have a appointment with a hematologist soon and i am freaking out.
