Can anyone suggest me what are the causes of hair loss? Apart from over thinking and lack of nutrition? Does hair loss frequently happen for everyone? If so up to what extent.

Don't use dryer!

Never walk in intense heat during summer because sun rays could directly harm your hairs and make them dry.
