Sleeping in a warm bedroom is vital, so you're right, Prycejosh1987. Also, energy within the body has to be used in the daytime. Because if someone is full of adrenalin, they're not going to be able to sleep. If they've got an exciting day ahead, they need to be calm in their mind the night before. Excitement - and fear even - can stop the mind wanting to sleep. Because the person has to WANT to sleep. This sounds odd to write, but it is true. The mind needs to switch off at night and be active in the day. Finding a way to exorcise the energy at night is the key. Perhaps training the mind like this would work for a lot of people.
