Drinking enough water can have various advantages.

I drank 10 to 16 ounces of water 30 minutes before every meal for like three weeks and it helps me to lose a couple of pounds.

I always thought drinking lots of water helped the digestive system. Because water has just minerals and no vitamins or fats, etc. What i mean is water boosts the digestive system and causes the system to digest more effectively.
