Please help with my skin condition

Hi,

I have this condition on my skin primarily, on palms, top and bottom of my foot. This has escalated in the last few months, doctors have given me different creams both steroid and non-steroid, however nothing has helped me. Most of all they are not even sure what issue is this, eczema or some fungus, they did many blood tests all clear and not even diabetes. And I also feel itchy in different parts of my body, at different times, but the skin rashes are only confined to my foot and hands. pictures are attached with, please help.

These issues come from old age. I recommend that you try a cream of some sort, it look fixable. Contact the pharmacist to prescribe you something.
