Coping with cold wet hands in winter?

As a florist my hands get wet a lot of the day and working in a very very cold environment during the winter months hows the best way to keep my hands hydrated ?

I think you hit the nail on the head. You are already hydrating your hands, literally. I would say practically to keep hands hydrated is a lot of vitamin B or A, if i am not mistaken. You could try anti dry creams.
