Very concerned about a growth

I've a very unusual growth near anus, worried as to what it may be.

I have had it for over a month now, it has a scale-like texture. I did think hemorrhoids, but online photos look vastly different :-/

Needless to say I am concerned, plan to see a doctor soon just wondering if anybody had any idea!?

Thank you for posting on the forum. Unfortunately we are unable to give out specific medical advice. As its been a month since you first developed these, we would suggest you visit your GP soon to prevent them from developing further. They can assess them and put your mind at rest.
