Help with the feet please.

Hi,
My son is 18 and he is getting ready for his army assessment. Over a month ago, he was complaining with athletes foot and used some daktarine.
Whatever it is, it spears all over his both feet and very painful. His feet gone worse since then. His GP has never seen anything like that. We also visited private key podiatrist and he said the same thing!
I ended up booking private dermatologist instead waiting for NHS appointment. His feet very sore and he struggles to walk.
This appointment is next week and his army assessment is end of this month. He is very worried!
Anyone knows what are those?

Sorry to hear about your son's skin complaint on his feet. It sounds very painful. Unfortunately we are unable to give specific medical advice on individual conditions here, but hopefully you will receive some replies to your question soon from our other members. Perhaps you could post a picture of your son's feet so other members who may have had a similar experience will be able to identify it.

We would urge your son to go back to the GP for a second opinion since it has got worse and he needs it under control before his assessment.
