Tired and dull face skin. Any solution?

Hi,

I work in office 7 h. of my day, 1 h. commuting from and to work..I believe like most of us.I noticed that my skin is dull and looks tired, so I always have to use a lot of make up to freshen my look a least a bit. Lately I see that the situation is not improving, but only getting worse. I am naturally pale, but I dont look healthy anymore. skin is not glowing and I am so upset. Have to idea how to restore the radiance. I dont smoke, but do drink alot of coffee and moderate quantities of wine and.. yeah.. had very stressfull year...

It may be from not getting enough sleep. The body needs sleep not just for the insides, brain, heart, lungs, etc. But for the outside, skin, mouth, hair, etc.
