Issue with Skin

Hi, I've been wondering for quite awhile, this has been going on for years but sometimes my skin will have these sort of light red/brown (sometimes light purple) patches spread around my legs/arms. I was wondering what those could be?

Its very common, do not worry too much about it, maybe the pharmacist can prescribe something.
