A diet that is high in protein may also help lower blood pressure, fight diabetes, and more. We all know that protein makes up the building blocks of organs, muscles, skin, and hormones.
BTW, here are my suggestions>
1. Eggs
2. Almonds
3. Chicken breast
4. Oats
5. Cottage cheese
6. Greek yogurt
7. Milk
8. Broccoli
9. Lean beef
10. Tuna
11. Quinoa
12. Whey protein supplements
13. Lentils
14. Ezekiel bread
Ezekiel bread is different from most other breads. It’s made of organic and sprouted whole grains and legumes, including millet, barley, spelt, wheat, soybeans and lentils.
15. Pumpkin seeds
I'll rest here, I might consider puting up a post about this topic on our blog and on this forum. Have a good time dieting!
