Front teeth issue and support mouthguard
Hi,
I'm recovering from throat cancer and am having trouble with my front teeth. This is where the radiation was shot every day for 6 weeks. The very front teeth on both top and bottom are now a little loose and the rest of my bite has been changed.
Does anyone know of a Dentist or Specialist to make mouth supports to help move pressure off the very front on to stable other teeth. The Specialist near to my house highly advised against implants or removing for dentures as the bone supporting the teeth is very weak.
My dentist made some thinner TMJ style inserts for me which cut down on the blood from my new snaggleteeth, but did nothing for the stability.
Not giving up just yet
Cheers,
