Creating a schedule and sticking to it (sleep/wake time, warm bath/low lights/meditation before bed) works as well. Might take some time for your body to readjust to this new schedule, but it will work. That is, unless, you have some medical condition.

I agree with you, following a fixed sleeping pattern really helped to fix my sleep schedule.
