Re: Why does my wound look like THIS?!?!

Hello - I am so sorry to see these photos of your wound - and I am sure very distressing for you. Unfortunately, we don't have any appropriate clinics in the immediate future to advise you to visit which is a real shame as we have just closed our main one for skin conditions in September. Our advice would certainly be to seek medical attention which it sounds like you have done, but not sure you have been given the answers you really do need to obtain. Obviously, it is important to keep a close eye on it for any infections and if it continues like this or gets worse please do keep going back to your health advisor. We certainly wish you well.

Hello good people of the internet. I am curious if anyone knows why my wound is continuously leaking and got red all around where the cut was? I even now have red leaking bumps around where the bandage would go over the original wound. I've had a lab test done and it's negative for bacteria. It leaks orange when I smother it in Neosporin.

A big thank you to anyone willing to share their knowledge!
I think it its an infected wound with blood in it. When wounds become severely infected bloods start to form in it. Speak to your GP about it. He needs to prescribe you something for that, it may be a cream or pills. I do not know. Speak to your GP.
