Non functioning Urethra

I had a TVT fitted during 2006 for incontinence,I had the TVT partially removed 2015. Since TVT insertion,2006, I had chronic UTI's, excruciating pain in bladder, coupled with vaginal numbness, and constant sciatica.. Told after my operation, there was a kink in my urethra, also the TVT had twisted behind the pubic area, was difficult to remove, two pieces of TVT mesh attached to bowel were to dangerous to remove.
August 2015, had an emergency uro-dynamic test, this test showed I had NO function from my urethra, the urologist's words, your pipe is dead. Now, this situation I am in, causes extreme anxiety due to 24/7/ severe bladder leakage, which totally consumes me, has been a life changing experience, that has affected me mentally as well as physically. I am desperate, and desperate to find what help is available to stop this horrendous leakage, which at times is so forceful, causing mayhem.
