Bladder infection, what can I do?

I have a bladder infection since 23, March. My doctor prescribed me antibiotics. After I finished the entire course of the medicine. The frequent urination was reduced and the pain was relieved as well. But symptoms came back 2 weeks later. I tried several antibiotics but no help. I also tried herbal remedies but they could only ease the condition. What can I do to get rid of this infection. Please give me some advice. Thank you very much!

Re: Bladder infection, what can I do?

Sorry to read your post. You should make an appointment to go back to your GP - or within your surgery you could perhaps see another GP for a different opinion/view. Some surgeries have GPs who specialise and you may find you have a GP in your surgery with a special interest in bladder issues. It is worth asking when you phone up to make an appointment. Alternatively, you could ask your GP for a referral to a specialist as your symptoms seem to be recurring.

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on.

@talkhealth, thank you for your advice. I am going to try a herbal medicine called diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill. My friend told me it is effective in treating bladder infection. Thanks again!
