Vesicovagina fistula

I,m new to this site and in need of some advice.

I was diagnosed with bladder cancer in March 2013, had tumor in ureter and bladder resulting in the removal of the kidney, ureter and bladder cuff. Unfortunately the tumor adhered to the vagina and the surgeon had to cut a hole in the vagina to remove the tumor. This has left me fully incontinent and desperately miserable. The surgeon who did the original operation cannot do the repair, he has referred me to two different consultants, one who doesn't do this type of op and there is a six month waiting list for the other.I am having great difficulty finding a surgeon to repair the fistula, can anyone give advice please.
