Night time wetting

Hi, my daughter is 10, she has mild hypermobility syndrome and global developmental delay. She got good control of her bladder during the day about 3yrs ago but night times are still hit and miss. She has tena pants off the nhs and the school nurse got us to measure input and output and she has had a scan which said all was normal. We have no incontinence clinic in our area and the paediatrician didn't think medication would work and the gp doesn't do alarms. Anyone have any advice?
