I am just starting down the road with incontinence. I wet mainly at night. I was wondering if these products like the pads or undies take care of the smell also.

If I'm honest I wouldn't recommend pads for night time use. As you move around during the night the pad came become scrunched up or move totally. making leaks very likely. I would suggest pull ups and a waterproof, washable bed pad.
As for smell most pads, pull ups and all in ones (adult nappies) usually have some form of odour control, however when urine comes into contact with the air it starts to break down fairly quickly. So as a general rule as soon as you realise you are damp or wet the change your pad. If you are out and about also slip some travel wet wipes in your bag.

I would recommend pads but go for plastic backed heavy duty ones like Tens Slip Active Fit with a pair of plastic pants on top. Has worked for me for 20 years!

If you wear adult diapers or incontinence pads, make sure to read the package to see if the product contains odor-reducing materials. The odor reducer should not be a perfume that covers up smell, but a substance that keeps odor from forming in the first place

Numerous items accompany exceptional highlights to lessen smells. Search for items with smell control on the name. While large numbers of these contain regular smell engrossing mixtures, some of them are scented, which can aggravate delicate skin.
