Under 30 with IBS and urinary incontinence

Hello
I have had urinary incontinence for some time, i do not have any children but have suffered with ibs for about 14 years.
Initially i thought it was due to weight gain but i have lost nearly four stone and i am close to a normal weight and still experiencing the problem... I am little unsure what is causing the problem.
I also brought itouch pelvic floor and used this but did not complete the course, do you think i should starting using it again to improve my symptoms?
