Long-Term Indwelling Urinary Catheter User Survey

Hello Everyone,

We, at the University of Nottingham, have developed a new indwelling urinary catheter aimed at preventing infections. Some of the drugs used to treat these infections are embedded into the catheter material.

We are planning a research study to find out if these new urinary catheters reduce or stop catheter-associated urinary tract infections. We would like to know from indwelling catheter users whether you suffer from catheter associated urinary tract infections and what reduction of infection would be important to you and which you feel would improve your quality of life.

I would be grateful for your help in completing a five question, anonymous survey. TalkHealth will receive the results of the survey and may share the results in the future. The survey is completely anonymous and you will never be identified. Thank you for your invaluable help!

Many thanks,
