Do you find it difficult to talk to others about this?

Re: talking poo & constipation...

Unlike Lily, I would say yes I do find it difficult! Thankfully over the years I've learned to care a little less, be a little less shy and embarrassed; sometimes you need to talk about it more, learn to laugh about it, to dispel some of the fear and stigma associated with talking about such topics. It's hard though, especially if you're a more reserved person to be begin with. While I do think something like constipation is personal and you shouldn't have to feel the need to talk about it (it's no ones business but your own) there are times when this can become a negative thing, when not being able to talk about it actually causes you more harm than good, so I definitely think initiatives to 'fight the poo taboo' are a step in the right direction for society in general!
