marking underwear

This is embarrassing. I'm 72 yrs old and very overweight. I'm very unflexable and most physical things are difficult, including cleaning after a bowel movement.. I had hemorrhoid surgery 8-9 yrs ago. Something called PPH. I did go to emergency a couple days later and lost a lot of blood. Apparently, one of the staples came out. They fixed this (stitched?) and I was alright.

The problem is staining. Following a bowel movement and using toilet tissue as best I can, I step into the shower and use a hand held sprayer in a position that concentrates the water. This approximates a bidet of sorts and uses warm water. Yes, I spray the fiberglass with disinfectant afterwards for sanitation)

The problem is even with this thorough cleansing, I still leak a bit after, especially if I pass gas. It is worse in the summer when I perspire and it smells bad.

Any suggestions?
