Digestive problems for over a year. Constipation or not feeling empty after bowel movements. Stomach and intestinal area pain and soreness. Anxiety and not feeling relaxed. Headaches and head tension. Lower back pain upon awakening. Lethargic and tired. Food sensitivities or intolernaces to soy and wheat. Doctors just want to give me anxiety meds.
