Re: bowel problems

I have had a few, three or four, occasions in the last year or so when I was suddenly unable to control my bowel movement. The quite large stool that emerged was soft with a layer of liquid around it so that it came out very quickly and easily. But I had only a very brief warning of its coming. Luckily it was on no occasion very inconvenient but I am very worried now when, for example, taking a coach ride or in a cinema, when access to a toilet in emergency may be difficult. Is there anything I can take before a potential hazard - I don't fancy a plug - to be sure it will not happen at an inconvenient moment? :?:
