Drug free pain help?
On behalf of our guest visitor, Kristen:
I try not to take medication for my arthritis pain but it's getting harder and harder, how can I manage it without drug help?

Hi Kristen
There has been lots of advice given regarding pain management in the arthritis forum so it may be worth taking a look at some of those conversations.
Physiotherapy can help a great deal with mild - moderate arthritis. Exercises to help strengthen the joints are a good start which in turn can alleviate pain. Other options within physiotherapy include soft tissue release to tight muscles, acupuncture and advice regarding footwear, knee supports and pacing of activities.
Do seek help - there are lots of options avaiable!
