How can I tell which pain is my arthritis or my fibro?
I suffer from Psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia, I find it hard to distinguish between the two and whether my Methotrexate injections are working. My joints do seem slightly better, but the pain and cfs from the fibro is still awful.

Daisy,
Psoriatic Arthritis is an inflammatory condition associated with joint swelling, joint stiffness (early morning) and joint pain.
Fibromyalgia is more of a chronic pain and fatigue issue.
Methotrexate will only help the Psoriatic Arthritis.
Hope this helps explain things
