Can you get rid of Excema and/ Psoriasis?

Is it possible to beat these 2 skin conditions, ever?
Both eczema and psoriasis are considered to be chronic inflammatory skin conditions. Whilst they may improve for long periods of time, the underlying tendency towards these conditions remains and a flare-up is always possible. Generally speaking, treatments tend to be geared toward "control" rather than permanent "cure".
