I have recently been diagnosed with pyoderma gangrenosum and presently in hospital treating the condition. I was just looking for other suffers that maybe able to give me advise.

Just wondering how you deal with it at home if one comes up before it gets out of control.

Iv been having these spots that grow quickly for 2 years now but the latest one spread like wild fire got infected, sadly they operated thinking it was cellulitis and have made the wounds worse and I have been in hospital ever since.

I have a wonderful dermatologist now who is really doing everything she can and I have a vac pump on one wound, and having honey treatment on the other to get it ready for a vac too. They have stoped spreading and I'm on a very high dose of steroids. I'm also on a auto immune suppressant but have been on these for 5 years due to my ulcerative colitis which there is a link between the two.

So really just looking for anyone who else has this condition and advise really going forward.
