Lump on hand

Noticed a spot on my hand , i thought it was a thorn squeezed it and some gunk came out. Looks like a crater , i pulled scab off looks not good

Might be worth nipping into your local pharmacy to see if they can advise.
If it gets any worst then go to your GP.
