Eczema made worse by hard water

Hi. I have just joined this group, and I am hoping to connect with fellow eczema sufferers.
I always find that showering and bathing makes my skin so dry and itchy due to hard water. Does anyone else have this problem? Thank you!

I guess you could even out the issue, by using certain shower gels and bath soaps.
