Red patches spreading around my wrist

Hi and thank you for reading in advance. Approx 3 months ago a single red patch appeared on my wrist. This is what the patch is looking today, it has spread and the newer dots around it aresome new patches spreading. It is very mildly itchy but mainly just looks horrible and i dont know what it is. Any idea? I have attached a photo. Thank you in advance for any reply. Kind Regards

Thank you for your post and photo. We would recommend that you book an appointment with your GP to get a definitive diagnosis but it could be that you have what looks like psoriasis. Have a look at some of the posts our members have put on our Psoriasis forum,

Thank you so much for the quick reply. I have an appointment booked for a dermatologist but it’s only in August. Hopefully after some tests I will be able to know exactly what it is. I am a female, age 47, I have never had any skin issues and I’m terrified by the fact that those patches are spreading so quickly. I’ll keep you posted and thank you again for this lovely website.

Go to the GP about it, or a dermatologist. I am sure, very sure there is a cream for that because its more common then you and i might think.
