Continual issue on face - any ideas?

So, this has been an ongoing issue for about 3/4 months now - I’ve had 2 bacteriology swabs performed, as well as a viral swab and all of them have come back clear. Doctors aren’t sure what it is now - they initially thought it was impetigo (understandable when you look at it!!) but after these results I’m not sure what’s going on.

My skin goes red before any weeping, then forms this yellow crust and then they wash away within a couple of days. Seems to respond to fusidic acid but then comes back again.

Anybody experienced anything similar? Any advice that might help what to say to my doctors next time I see them? Don’t want to be on topical antibiotics forever!
