Rough spotty skin on legs
I've always been troubled with unsightly rough skin spotty skin on my legs and i cannot get it to disappear. I want to be a le to wear dresses and shorts with confidence in the summer months with out feeling like I need to cover up. I exfoliate regularly and moisturise every day. I am always so cautious with hair removal to try and avoid further irritation. Hit nothing works.
Does anyone else have this or no how to clear it up. I just want clear legs .

Hi Rachel97,
Thank you for posting on the forum about your skin symptom. Unfortunately we are unable to give specific medical advice/diagnosis here, but you may want to have a look at the following condition:
https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/keratosis-pilaris/
We would urge you to visit your GP so that they can identify whether it is the condition above or another cause. They may even refer you onto a dermatologist who will be able to confirm what it is.
You also may wish to have a look at gut health and skin conditions. One of our client's has a very interesting website explaining all about the relationship between our gut microbiome and various skin conditions/complaints. Please find it here:

Kind regards
