Moles on Scalp

Hi everyone, I’ve been looking for a way to treat the moles on my scalp. I’m really subconscious about them and have really thin hair. I remember a long time ago someone telling me about a way to discolor them so that they aren’t red but much the color of my scalp. I’ve been researching and can’t find any info on this, I don’t need to remove them I just don’t want them to be so visibly red. Any help would be appreciated, I want to have short hair again without the subconscious assault :/

Thank you for your post. Perhaps do a search on 'how to conceal moles' as lots of info comes up, such as camouflage cream if you don't want to surgically remove them.
