Does anyone know what this lesion is? It's located in my torso and it's very small. Any name for it...?

It could be a pimple, if it grows then its bacterial infected. Its nothing a surgeon cannot fix. It can happen over time, and grow over time it can cover more area over time too, so its good to see your doctor if your majorly concerned.
