Recurrent flare up

Hi Guys,
Over the last 8 years I’ve suffered with skin flare ups. Numerous diagnosis but no real answers. I’ve recently seen a private dermatologist who has said without a doubt it is a case of having both urticaria and eczema. This year my flare ups are happening every few weeks lasting around 5 days. The rash in the picture covers my abdoman and then gets more red and sore from my shoulders up my neck which is very mottled with it and to my face. It generally feels like sunburn, tender and tight and itchy it isn’t really dry or raised like hives. I struggle moving and sleeping. I’m on a course of prednisone (6 weeks tapering off) and antibiotics as he said it looked infected in areas once done with these he’s putting me on 2 types of antihistamines and has mentioned other treatments and promised me results. I’m really struggling to enjoy life with it this year. Has anybody had something similar to the pictures?
