Skin issue discolouration and redness

Hi there - I’m wondering if anyone could please help me in figuring out what this is? It appeared when I came back from holiday last year and started out as a small loss of pigmentation dot and has kept growing and growing. I’ve gone to my GP who’s given me some fungal medication but it hasn’t helped at all and is still growing over the course of 6 months. I’ve completely lost all pigmentation and it’s a big white circle now with flaky red spots all over on the edges. I’m getting very self conscious about this and no one can seem to figure out what it might be. Please help!
