Mattress best for allergy sufferers

Hi,

Which is the best mattress for people with asthma and hay fever problems? Also have cervical issues. I know that hypoallergenic is good but that's difficult to find in my country plus too expensive. I read that the next best is memory foam. Would love some advice on this

Hi nupurg84,

Thank you for posting on the forum. The best people to ask would be one of our charity supporters, Allergy UK. They will be able to advise you on whether memory foam is good for allergy sufferers.

Please find a link to their contact form here where you can ask the question:

I do not know if memory foam is good. I think a breathable mattress is best. Look for one that has less springs and more holes under the mattress cover. Speak to the GP about it.
