I think you should consult a specialist for your son's condition, to get rid of it quickly and completely.
The pills like Allegra is good for hayfever or seasonal allergic rhinitis and many other allergies, I had a success with.

Even adult can develop allergies.
I have allergies too but I tried eating those food little by little to make my body produce resistant and immunity to it. I'm allergic to shrimp and if the food was too oily but as an adult now I never experience it anymore maybe some itches but serious.
But in your situation try to observe your kid more.
Maybe its not the fish, maybe it something in the food he it (other ingredients).
See a pediatrician they specialize child illness.
I have read a good article about allergy since I saw your post and try to do some research.
It can't help you right now but maybe in the future.
