Eye allergies are most often associated with hay fever and atopic eczema. Other symptoms are an irritant caused by the environment, man-made, or infectious. In order to avoid eye allergy to happen, you need to limit your exposure to allergy triggers. Here are some of the tips you can do for a pair of allergy-free eyes:

> Stay indoors when pollen counts are highest
> Limit your exposure to dust mites
> Clean floors with a damp mop.
> Use a dehumidifier to stop mold from growing inside your home.
> If due to pet, try to keep it outside as much as possible
> Don’t rub your eyes. Instead, apply cold compresses.
