I had a hysterectomy 5 months ago, and still have my
Ovaries.
I am going through the menopause and have
Experienced weight gain.
I feel very tired .
What can I do ????

Your symptoms may be due to lack of estrogen. You could try estrogen replacement - a patch might work, or another option is livial, a slightly different type of HRT....
