UTI

How can I avoid nearly constant urinary tract infections? Usually they come when I have my period.

Re: UTI

Helpful treatments include a 3 month course of tetracycline antibiotics, a nightly low dose of antbiotics and of course hydration, and hygiene down there. Other methods include taking tablets of cranberry supplements and D-mannose, a sugar tablet not absorbed by the body but excreted into the urine where it takes the bacteria away with it.
