Exercise after a hysterectomy - advice please

I had a vaginal hysterectomy a couple of years ago and would like to know if using a cross trainer would be suitable exercise. Normally I do daily walking, & some hula hooping, but do not want to do anything unsuitable that could cause other organs to prolapse so would appreciate advise. Thank you, Jo.

Cross training would be suitable. It is difficult to cause a prolapse through exercise, a few other factors are involved, and the surgeon may have tightened up the supporting ligaments during your op. You could of course continue to do pelvic floor exercises as well.
