Indigestion pain

Lately my indigestion has been causing em to experience chest pain. Normally it goes away after a couple of hours, but now it lingers for a good half a day or so. I don't eat late but it is keeping me up at night. I think it could be trapped wind but even with tablets it doesn't shift - is there anything herbal i can take to help?
