Itchy Scars

Hi, I had a cut on my hand some months ago. I did everything I could to make it heal as best as I could and now I can see it is healed...
However, it is itchy most of the time and I don't know how to get rid of this problem... I cannot seem to find a solution, can you please help me?

There are a number of options including:
a) Moisturise with cold cream/ointment/oil (product kept in fridge)
b) Massage with firm circular movements 3-4 times a day
c) Consider an over the counter anti itch tablet
d) Consider laser, steroid injections/tapes, silicone gel/tapes
These options have different pros an cons and a knowledgable professional should be able to help you with he best option depending on specific site and scar features.
