scaring from itchy scabs

I have unfortunately been picking spots on my body during my sleep and this has caused scaring. Is there any cream I can use to stop them itching which should stop me picking them?

Yes, there are available creams but I would recommend you visit your GP and have your spot properly examined and treated accordingly.
