Old scar

Is it possible for an old scar to permanently disappear? I have had it for many years and it is not so prominent but wondering if there was a way to completely fade?

Scars are unfortunately permanent but there are a lot of things we can do to help them become less prominent and the options are many:
a) Laser
b) Microneedling
c) Steroid injections/tapes
d) Silicone tape/gel
e) Surgery.

Referral to a scar specialist might help you to decide what option might be best for your scar.
