Dear Zeep2k34,
Many thanks for your question. If you are suffering with troublesome back acne there are few skincare measures I would recommend initially:
1. Use of washes containing salicylic acid or tea tree oil to cleanse the skin in the shower
2. Shower after sweating/work if possible
3. Loose fitting clothing so sweat is not being occluded against your skin
4. Maintaining a healthy diet low in refined sugars
If despite these general lifestyle measures, you are still suffering with back acne, it is time to see your GP or dermatologist. You may need either a prescription cream or medication depending on the severity of your skin condition.
Good luck and I hope it works out for you.
Best wishes
Anjali
