Good fat burning foods?

Want to incorporate more variet in my diet, any suggestions for the best fat burning foods?

First Avoide Junk food, Rice, and High calories food. It's fat food. You can take more water, light green salad, Fresh fruit and juice After you can see the result. You can join yoga and gym this will give you body shape.

I just know that you should avoid junk foods, alcohol drink and fatty foods. drink plenty much water , eat green vegetables and salad.

Eat healthy foods and drink lots of water. Avoid sugars and alcohol as well and stay away from the soda pop.

There is only one fat burning food. Food usually does not burn much (your body does use energy to break down all foods but it is never a significant amount). While there are foods that certainly help you lose weight because they are good for you, the only food that actually takes more energy to break down than it gives you is….celery. That said, there ARE foods that can help you boost your metabolism which can help you burn fat fast.

I know that food with Omega 3 burn fat. Like salmon, flax seeds (I just put them in the salat, garnish, actually you can added them everywhere or eat them raw just like that)
Ginger also help with the fight against fat
